  • There is a possibility of seeing information about a member guidance and purchase method, a payment method, a settlement, the mileage (reserving point) and the delivery back from here other than it is different and (anxious fact) when 'E-Mail' or it contacts at the customer service center, answer does as a favor rightly.


Create an Account
1) How do I create my account ?
  • At the top of any Shopping Mall page, select the "Register" link.
  • Enter your email address, your ID, a password, and your name.
  • Your registered user ID can be up to 12 characters. Please use only letters and numbers.
2) If your registration attempt is failing, You can try another below.
It is most likely because you tried to register with a duplicate ID, a duplicate E-mail address, or an invalid E-mail. You can try "Forgot Password".

Sign in to your account and enter your desired changes, then click the "Submit" button. Changes take effect immediately.

Search Products
Search our "Products Database" by Item Name
If you type "Item Name" in the search box and click the Search button it will show you a link that takes you to the Item Informations page.

For additional control you may choose to search on "Price Range" or "By Products" or for the "By Manufacturer." For additional search options use Detailed Search.
How to place order to the shopping cart
There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed.
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2.
Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards.
Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.

After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again.
Order Cancellations
If you decide that you wish to cancel the order that you have placed using the online shopping facility, please contact a member of our retail team. Their contact details are below:

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders. If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to Shopping Mall. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused.
Return & Refund Policy
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of your product's shipping date.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • All Shipping back to Shopping Mall is paid for by the customer.
  • All Products sold by C1 Shopping Mall may be returned for exchange ONLY within 1 year from the invoice date (order ship date). No credits or refunds will be given for any Products sold by Shopping Mall. Shopping Mall offers 1 year warranty on any defective Products to be exchanged with a same type.
  • Some products will be labeled "No Return." These products need to be returned to manufacture only. Shopping Mall will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
  • If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
  • Consumables like Toner, Ink Cartridges, drum and paper are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken. These products must be directly sent to the manufacturer.
  • Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
  • If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

  • Products which are improperly packaged.
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed.
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed .
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
  • Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
  • Torn or punctured tape seals.
  • Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
  • Software that is not defective and open can not be returned for any circumstance.
  • Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

* Refund could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon 10% restock fee will be charged for such refund.

* Goods return after 7 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.

This option is intended for customers who want to use a freight forwarding service or pick up from Our office. You must arrange for pick-up of your order from our office in Auckland(70 Gossamer Drive Pakuranga). You will receive an e-mail confirming a date when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to three days before your order is available for pickup.

We offer free ground shipping with courier company for orders over $500 that are shipped within the USA.
